Saints @ Rams Thursday Night Football (1 Viewer)

No flag for the defender riding Olave's back for about 5 yards? Lol

As I say almost weekly, defensive holding, illegal contact, and pass interference are officiated differently for the Saints, ever since 2018.

We get officiated extremely tightly when on defense, and on offense, opponents are allowed to mug us, almost to the point where defensive holding and illegal contact don’t even exist in the rule book.

It’s the league’s secret equalizer, especially on third downs.

Saints opponents always get away with that.
Yep, so far the refs have been leaving the flags in their pockets for all of the Rams infractions, and calling phantom flags on the Saints. That said the Saints are playing terribad.

Nope. Lose this game and we have about a 20% chance to win south.
If the bucs beat the Jags If the bucs lose to the Jags saints still control.there own destiny for the divison if they lose tonight

losing the remaining games is nothing ,but we must have another coaching staff and young qb after this awful season, this can't all be for nothing
Good luck getting another qb we are way out of draft position to get a franchise prospect. Yes I know sometimes you can get a franchise guy after the top 10 picks, but seldom it happens.

The Saints probably will win one more game, ensuring DA will be back.

I'm surprised McVay didn't go for it. Saints need to respond with points. Like, really, points. I take a FG as a sign of good faith :hihi:

If Loomis would’ve made a move 4-5 games ago and went to….anyone else, Marrone more than likely, I think this season could’ve ended up differently. SF is the only true power in the NFC. These players KNOW they are at a competitive disadvantage under the headsets.

But Loomis is going to mash his head into the wall trying to force himself into looking like the smartest guy in the room with Allen.

Loomis can go with Allen and Pete. It’s time to get all the poison out of the body. Loomis is part of the problem.
Loomis is a problem for sure. If he knows football, he has to recognize the disadvantage our team has with DA calling the shots. I honestly don’t think he could be a successful head coach at the high school level.
