So for those that don’t know - Alvin is part owner in a construction company. He built this as his “ primary”m.” Lived in 2 years - to avoid capital gains. His plan was always to sell it and cash out after 2 years when he built it. He has a warehouse district spot that he lived in before and will again after I’m sure. Nothing to do with football !!

I’ve sold 2 houses (bought 3) in Charlotte in 16 years. Had way too many offers for both of them. Made $$$ on 2 of them (the ex got the last one). I’m now on my 4th purchase, should be completed by mid Nov.
