So for those that don’t know - Alvin is part owner in a construction company. He built this as his “ primary”. Lived in 2 years - to avoid capital gains. His plan was always to sell it and cash out after 2 years when he built it. He has a wharehouse district spot that he lived in before and will again after I’m sure. Nothing to do with football !!

You're not wrong. I had a realtor friend ask me to take pictures for a listing and he got a little weird when I showed up with a DSLR, an array of lenses, and a carbon fiber tripod. I guess he was expecting me to just use a cell phone.
