I understand what you're saying, but the guy has been targeted only 10 times since 2012. He has been targeted 31 times in his career with 14 catches, 471 yards, 33.6 yards/reception, and 3 touchdowns and don't forget about the 67 yard rushing carry he had. That catch during the Bucs game was not his only big play. I can think of another big reception that he caught while flying in the air on a deep route. It was Joe Horn-like.
If he is targeted that rarely, he probably isn't open too often. It's not like Drew sees Morgan running wide open and decides to dump it off to Austin Johnson for fun instead. And before anyone says Brees couldn't reach him anyway, Morgan has been here basically for 6 years now, so prior to any perceived diminished arm strength.
