Saints interviewed Eagles OC Kellen Moore [ 2nd interview completed on Jan 27 in Philly] (162 Viewers)

But really, has there ever been a HC that said " Naw I don't think my OC or DC is ready to be a HC" Did anyone expect him to say anything else ?
Andy Reid and Bienemy comes to mind. You can tell a lot about how a guy is viewed from looking at the relationship from the outside in. Eagles poached Moore from a division rival and Sirianni immediately gave him his play calling duties.

Reid took playcalling duties routinely from Bienemy and chose to let him walk for a parallel move and had no plans on bringing him back, even hiring Matt Nagy when he was available.

Sure coaches will never say anything negative to the press, it's the lack of what they do say that speaks volumes.

Can give a brief summary of the article. Can't copy content.
Thanks for the clarification. I updated my post with some details. Everyone should still subscribe if they can. They throw out discount codes from time to time as well. Mike Triplett is at the Senior Bowl today because subscriptions pay for him to get there.

I believe that isn't actually allowed on SSF. It's a great site and worth the $ if you can afford it. Even if you can't be sure to watch their free content.

EDIT: Per DaveXA a brief summary is allowed.

This segment is presented by Matt Bowers Autogroup. If you need a car, go see Matt.

They said that Moore was well thought by everyone they talked to at the Senior Bowl. Kafka was running his team very well and other coaches were not. They made a brief case for Rizzi being HC due to his long tenure and connections around the league. Made a much longer case for Kafka in that people think he's a good leader and with X's and O's and game plans. Some small bits about Jahri coaching there and that Jaxson Dart has generated some buzz.

Still, go check them out. They work really hard and have great content and they are independents doing it themselves.
Interesting about Dart. I would not be sad to see the Saints throw a second or third day pick at a QB.

To those that like Mike Kafka. Is this the same coaching staff that traded Saquon Barkley for garbage?
If you think Kafka was involved in trading Barkley you didn't watch the show. It was all Schoen and Daboll . And he didn't get traded. It shows how much you know. SMH

Reid was always the play caller not EB. LOL Reid let EB take a lateral move to a OC position where he WOULD be calling plays just so he would get a better shot at being a HC. Moore was not poached from a division rival. He was let go from Dallas and went to the Chargers where he was released when Harbaugh became HC. It was then that the Eagles hired him.
