Glad he's coming back. I was shocked to see him cut when we let him go. That doesn't mean I think he's our starter, the savior, and all of that malarky (tip of the hat to Jim Mora when he chose to censor himself). I just thought he accounted for himself well and was worth a longer look. At this point, he's a young body who has familiarity with, and played well, in our system. Good move.

They could have signed Ozigbo to play special teams to give Washington more playing time at RB so he doesn't have to pull double duty of playing both RB & ST. I do like the signing. Ozigbo will have some familiarity with our offensive system.

I guess it’s possible, but I highly doubt it.
I heard Washington compared to Trevor Semien in that if Jones Jr. went down during a game, Washington would see some snaps at RB… but if the Saints had any time to prepare to be w/out their #2 RB, they’d go in a different direction. (The same way Semien would come in and play QB if Winston goes down in-game.. but if were a longer injury, Semien would not be the new QB).
