NOTHING was as bad as 2005. You just cannot replicate sixteen road games and practicing in elementary school auditoriums on Wednesdays and playground league fields on Fridays. It shouldn’t even be a factor in the discussion. The circumstances were that unique. Extremely lazy and crappy journalism from him, but also kinda par for the course between him and his brother Fletcher aka Mr. Trade Machine.

This is 1998 Saints bad. A hot start (the ‘98 Saints started 3-0) then everything went down the drain.

Okay I think Cam might be leaving

Cam has such great opportunities working in the sports media and he knows in his heart that the Saints are several years away from being a contender again. He has his health and enough money to take his time deciding on the offers coming his way.

He just has to deal with the emotions of knowing that his time to go has finally come. I sure wish he could have enjoyed some postseason glory during his time here. His name will be on the honor wall soon.
