AT&T: I traded a phone in September on a Fold 5....still haven't gotten my 1k


Never doing this again

Yeah, we did it through AT&T for the first time last year when we upgraded to thhe S23 plus and I totally regret it. It was a huge hassle trying to get the deal they promised. If you, keep every scrap of paper you get. Total misery.

Have done it via Costco and it was 100x easier and transparent. Should have done it using them this time to but tried to avoid going into a store. TOTALLY BACKFIRED. Had to make multiple trips to the store anyway.

Who is "they" ? Apple never had it. Some android phones still do, like I mentioned. You still have options, but maybe not the options you want.

Mainly Samsung. Google never had it, but if they did, I would purchase one of their phones.

Most of the mainstream manufacturers no longer do it. I'm shocked Samsung still had a slot in their tablets last I checked.
