I remember in these game threads just a few weeks back when so many were acting like Dobbs should have been picked up by the saints to be the future, or that he was the next big thing.

He seems like a good guy and obviously very smart, but he’s always been a backup at best. Getting benched in Minnesota at QB takes work lol

I was definitely complimenting how well he was playing. Just like Browning. But usually after a few weeks of film things return to reality.

The Saints 100000000% did not let him go to keep Davenport. Davenport played absolutely NO role in him being allowed to walk.

I didn’t name call, that’s exactly what you did because you felt embarrassed that multiple people commented to the fact that you didn’t know what you were talking about. It’s why I said don’t have little man syndrome. It’s crazy to have self esteem issues on a forum.

It’s ok, we get it. You were misinformed or just didn’t understand how the situation transpired. You were wrong, multiple people agree obviously, now move on. We are all wrong from time to time, don’t be like our head coach and not be able to simply say “my bad, I was wrong”.

While they might not have literally chosen one player over the other, the fact is they let him go, kept the other and then have tried to replace his production through the draft. I don’t see how what I said is “wrong” other than if you interpret it in a specific way.

What is evident is that you wanted to rush to a smug response instead of actually having adding value. Just because other people agree with you doesn’t make it less lazy or dim witted.
