I see this all the time and disagree. You score a Td when you can. Sure,it's a short FG,but that's not 100% guaranteed. A Td is. It took a miracle play for the Broncos to tie. Play the odds and score.

I think in the off season ALL American Football announcers had to go to European Soccer Announcing/YELLING/HYPERBOLE school.

It seems to me they are all YELLING and reaching new octaves in each sentence trying to make the play seem more dramatic that what is actually happening!
