At the DC car show (my pics below). Pretty knobby paint job IMO. But the twin-turbo V12 makes 624hp and does 60 in 4.4 seconds (most powerful RR ever). All while wrapping the driver in the refined elegance that is Rolls-Royce - and suicide doors.

MSRP $285,000.

And the official site:
Rolls-Royce Wraith

Dang, I thought you were talking about one of these old school versions:

Guess that's the Joe Hill fan in me coming out.

I hope "knobby" is a bad thing. All Saints fans should have an instinctive revulsion to that two-color scheme.

Yeah, it's a bad thing. I'm not sure who that look appeals to - music moguls or Persian heirs?

The Falcon's owner Author Blank?

One, he's a tool (knobby). Two, it' s their colors.

Maybe a Falcons player - I just don't see a guy like Blank in that thing.

Moving on, I enjoyed the show - haven't been to one in a while. At Mercedes they had a yellow AMG GT like this one:

But all things I considered, I was really more drawn to the S550 Coupe, which looked pretty pimp in polished black (again, not a photo from the show I went to):

Alas, we were there to look at mini-vans and 3-row SUVs. I guess I'm in full-blown "daddyland" now.
