Unverified Seahawks open to trading DK & Lockett (source, unreliable twitter account) mod edit (3 Viewers)

DK next to MT13 maximizes Jameis's arm talent.

He doesn't have to worry about putting the ball where a 5"7 guy 60 yards away can get to it , can just trust his guy to win the 1 on 1 down field with speed AND SIZE.

We missed out on Deshaun , cool ... We shouldn't just tuck tail and hide now.

We need to build the best possible offense for Jameis to thrive in.

I don't want speedsters so much as I want guys with huge catching radiuses.

This way we can focus on replacing Tstead in the draft.

All these wr in the draft seem like great prospects , but DK is proven and even gave our great Marshonn Lattimore trouble.

Tampa isn't holding out on building a winner , neither should we.

The NFC is wide open and we are behind in the arms race.

I agree with one exception

DK didn't give Marshon problems

He had that one 80+ yard play in the 1st quarter that should of been called offensive pass interference and then was locked down the rest of the game

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I don't like DK's sportmanship at all, he seems like a sore loser and would probably fistfight Ceedy at every practice. I remember this past season's game vs them, DK had some very punk-like cheapshots on Lattimore.

I clearly remember one replay that showed where the play was on the opposite side of the field, and as soon as Latt realized the play was pretty much over and turned his attention away from DK, DK took opportunity to give him a massive shove that caught him off guard, Latt retaliated and it ended up as a 15 yard personal foul against Latt. Even the announcers brought up the whole "it's always the person who retaliates that gets caught". Plus, I def remember at least one other cheap shot play where DK didn't mess with Latt straight up, he totally waited till he could sneak a dirty (but techincally legal) shot in.

I much perfer Ceedy's technique of running his mouth and getting inside his opponents head to bait them into flags. Not physical actions that everyone can see and you have to make a choice, take it like a punk or retaliate and hurt your team.

You realize that every time one of these threads get started it automatically eliminates the Saints from contention? :)

I wouldnt be surprised if N.O sits on thier hands for this. This team is allergic when it comes to acquiring weapons

Lockett will not cost a first and he is criminally underrated. He's one of the best big play receivers in this game and the absolute best deep ball tracker in the league. He would give this offense so much juice.

He's also insanely good in the clutch.
I don't think ANYONE has ever had a bad thing to say about him. Just Solid!

We still posting nonsense from every loser on Twitter?

Be better than this.

New regime different ways of operating that's proven by the effort to sign Watson so they aren't afraid to do it. There is nothing out there that even comes close to Lockett. In the past yes what you said is correct that has been Payton's way but he is gone I hope DA finds his own style it time for us to move on and put a new finger print on this team.
That was for a franchise QB. Not the same

Even if it were true I'd rather roll the dice on one of these studs in the draft at a much cheaper price for the next few years.
