It seems other teams don’t share the board’s concerns about second half adjustments.
We would've had to have won at least 12 games for that to be the case, yes. Still, it's not a shock Kubiak's getting a few feelers for interviews.Experienced OCs are tough to come by. If the league considered him among the best he'd be getting HC interviews.
If Glenn is the HC, then Kubiak has to stay IMO.
Agreed. A tough, firery coach (Glenn? Rizzi? Or dare I say it, Belichick? — that kind of personality) can help with that “adjusting.” … It’s hard to adjust when your offense is in a MASH unit changing weekly. I was good with Kubiak this season and in all honesty hope he stays.Second half adjustments are a myth. What type of adjustments can any coach really make in 15min that they can’t make on the fly during the game?
The fact that Klint Kubiak was able to even get one half of productive offense from a team void of talent and injured was a feat of its own. I still find it amazing that MVS scored all those TD’s in his first few games with the Saints. It says a lot about Carr and Kubiak IMO.

Those first two weeks really enhanced his profile. Lol
He’s under contract. We simply “pull a Jerry” and deny the requests until we have a head coach. He'll probably have another job before we pick a HC. I'm going to say he has another job by the end of the month and we don't hire until next month.
