Sean Payton and Mark Ingram On Up And Adams (1 Viewer)

Ingram needs to get back to his aggressive style. He is a pro for so long and knows how to protect the ball while running with aggression. Since those fumbles, he looks too careful with the ball causing some hesitation through the line.

Man the only thing I like about not having SP as our HC is he gives more in-depth interviews and you get to see more of his thought process. And you get more inside stories. But I'd give that up if he was still our HC
He’ll be an excellent long term broadcaster when he decides.

At least toward the end, Sean admitted he messed up some years back by not giving Mark the ball to score after he drove them down by himself. I remembered seeing Mark yelling (justifiably so) at Sean for doing that. I felt bad for Mark. But Sean did him right later by giving him the opportunity to get his first 1000 yards season.

I think Sean is really comfortable at where he is now. And he will only get even more comfortable as he relaxes when in camera on Sundays and get higher profile opportunities.

I am not saying he won't coach anymore, but to do so, it has to be a really special situation, and those only come rarely.

Guarantee he coaches again (provided he keeps his helatj).

I’ll put $1,000 on it. I’ll also guarantee he returns to coaching in the next 3 seasons.

He’s on record saying that he’d be willing to coach again. It’s not a mystery why he put out those ‘feelers’ to see which club(s) are willing to negotiate with him. Personally I believe he already has some sort of gentleman’s agreement with a franchise that he is targeting. Those kinds of stories are big news and hard to keep under wraps for too long. My guess is that the ‘rumor’ will get stronger as we near the end of the season and before long everyone will accept that where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Sean will continue to build anticipation for his new coaching gig and will feel rejuvenated to make another team great.

So your ‘bet’ is about as sure as it can be. As soon as Payton gets the deal (and team) he’s looking for, it’s as good as done.

💯 agree on all fronts. I’m a big smoke/fire guy, how I knew Coach was gone before it was announced.

Who Dat Bill, hope you have a good week and are enjoying our win. I know you’re very passionate and am sure the win felt good for ya. 😊
