Sean Payton Brings Lil' Jordan Humphery to Denver (2 Viewers)

It seems like every few years with Payton there was an automatic end of the roster WR. Arrington, Carr, Lil Jordan… You would think that the last WR spot would be one of the most fluid from season to season…
They were fluid, just that the flyboys talked each of them up, or complained they were retained ahead of their favourite project player, with such fury and fervour that we collectively think they made more impact / were here longer than actually occurred.

I legitimately wonder if Payton has just gotten too old or if his head has just gotten so big that his brain doesn't function anymore - not that I really care anymore. For an offensive genius the Saints had no receivers outside of MT that would start for any other team in the league, maybe the worst group of receivers in the league till last year. Not even any up-and-coming guys.

And prior to Juan developing, they had no TEs either. And nobody behind Kamara. He left the Saints offense a disaster, and not because of the cap. Because he just failed to develop players at key spots or taking a center when they really needed a WR. I guess he thinks it makes him look more like a genius to be able to scheme around poor talent? And, it looks like he may be carrying that same attitude to Denver. I also thought his choice for DC was not very good.

I'm going to enjoy watching Denver not be very good.

Let’s see if he goes after TreQuan Blockzilla Smith when we release him.
Lol Blockzilla. I love it. SP loves assembling WR corps made up of JAGs of various shapes and sizes. He's made a living doing it. Drew was so good that it didn't matter. You could line up a lawn chair, a boom box from the late 80s, and a rusted out grill that you can't give away and by god, Drew was going to get something out of them. They were able to make do with whatever they had on hand for so long and by the time it was clear that Drew needed more help it was too little too late.

So it will be interesting to see if SP tries the same approach with Russ. Since he inherited a few WRs who can play SP isn't going to be able to assemble his JAG Voltron...yet. Give it time. He'll find a way. Little Jordan Humphrey was just the first step.

I have always said that TQS is a TE in a WRs body

If it wasn't obvious by now then let there be no doubt, Sean Payton is playing for keeps. Poaching coaches is one thing but now he has somehow convinced Little Jordan Humphrey to come with him to Denver. I hate to even ask but who's next? Tommylee Lewis? Kenny Stills? Emmanuel Butler? Chris Hogan? What if he gets Kevin White? He could even make a run at Marquez Callaway!
Probably that TE who did the end arounds in slow motion...

I refuse to call a grownarse man LilJordan
I remember attending a celebrity bball game in Long Beach California a long time ago. Snoop Dogg put it on when he first came onto the scene. Tiny “Zeus” was there. That dude came into the bleachers and picked dudes up and shook the crap out of them. I was praying that he wouldn’t do that to me bc I literally would’ve soiled myself. He had that weird cork-eye and he was pretending like he was mad. Not for nothing, but I most definitely would’ve called that grown man by his name…. “Tiny” if he requested. Like I always say “Momma didn’t raise no fool”.

He better leave Lawn Guy Dave here, or else.
