No personal encounter. I just used to hear him on the radio back when I was at LSU and later when I did a lot of work stuff in B.R. Always sounded like a bully and an butt crevasse. And some people I know have met him and confirmed that is the case.

That and he's exactly the kind of hot take and click bait guy that has more or less ruined sports journalism. I just prefer logical analysis over hot takes given not because they believe them but because they will get them the most attention.
