Highlights Shedeur hype video (48 Viewers)

This man has a kid named Deion jr... and another named Deiondra... why stop at two? Where is Deiondrick and Deointay and Deionicia?

Did that information come directly from Deion or someone else?

As far as the Saints, I don't think it would have much if anything to do with our cap or strength of the roster, it would more likely have to do with the fact that we are a small market and whether the organization would welcome Deion. I would guess neither of those things will work in our favor and Deion will try to steer Shedeur to a larger market that might be willing to take input from Deion. I saw this morning there is talk of the Raiders taking Shedeur and making Deion the head coach.
I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard a talking head say that when the Raiders lose, Shadeur posts something like "Praise be to God" on his social media. This would indicate that he wants to go to Vegas.

Sanders looks like a guy where if he gets to sit for a year and study NFL defenses and be developed in his ability to read and make decisions, he could be very good.

Can he and more importantly his dad's ego survive that?

So, I started watching the highlights, and noticed a few things from them:

Hunter better go to a preferred market team, because he's a walking OPI waiting to happen. He pushes off a lot.

The first 2 throws, any QB can throw into triple coverage/jump balls.

The next few highlights were against N. Dakota St, that football powerhouse, and Colorado was losing.

The next few highlights, against Nebraska, the score late in the 4th quarter was a score near and dear to our hearts, 28-3, in favor of Nebraska.

I stopped watching there.

Now, I am not saying Sanders is not a good QB or is going to bust out on the NFL. Not all all. But highlight reels are just that, highlight reels, that do not tell the full story, and aren't as impressive when the opposing teams aren't that competent or your team is losing badly.

Then there is the Deion factor who, most likely than not, will interfere with everything in the draft process and on... I don't think I'm going way out on a limb to think the situation will turn into a LaMelo - LaVar Ball situation, probably even worse, Deion the HC trying to sell himself as part of a package deal to the team that tries to draft Shedeur.

Then there's the aspect of how Shedeur will react to not being coached by his dad, and Shedeur not being in that paternal environment.

Wouldn't surprise me. It's a big market if you include the LA area and it's likely a very fun town for a young man with a lot of money. And Vegas is a city that loves hype.

I don't want anything to do with it....and that's coming from someone (me) who has some admiration for what he did at JSU and at CU...I don't want it for us...it won't end well

I admire what he did at JSU but I soured on him after he talked up the importance of great players going to play for HBCUs and then turned around and took the money once Colorado came calling.

FWIW, Underhill says that NFL scouts think Travis Hunter is a CB in the NFL.
