between the states and the federal government??

Do you think some decisions should be left to the states, and some left to the feds??

Maybe the feds should decide everything?

If they should, then why are we paying for state gov.?

Should there be a clause in the Constitution about the matter?

How would you feel if the Constitution said that there was a separation of powers, but the Supreme Court ignored it?

Have you ever heard of Raich vs Gonzales??

It should have been a states rights case, but instead, it was a Interstate Commerce case (even though NO goods passed from one state to another) and a drug case (even though the constitution does not allow the government to ban drugs like it did alcohol so many years ago).
