#2 vs #3 seed comes down to SF@SEA . do we rest and not risk anyone getting banged up ?(keep in mind we wold be playing the next week should SF win regardless if we beat Carolina or not ) O r do we go all out and hope the Lions have a highly unlikely win in them ...
I say rest .

If we lose, the 49ers lose and the Packers lose, we not only screw our selves out of a 1 seed but open up the 3 way tie again (us, Seattle, GB) and put ourselves back into the 3rd seed.

I'm on the record of having little faith in the battered Lions but if they get an any given Sunday win I want it to be a celebration and not have a chance to screw us even if Seattle wins.

We we let them rest last season, we lost. We need to win our last game of the season,so they must play Sunday. The referees and the Panthers will do all they can, to stop us from winning.

Seeding is still on the line so you play to win! Gotta get some new starters and key players in sync anyways on defense (mainly Jenkins and whoever else might get a bigger role). Resting might break up the streak we have going. Keep playing to win. Injuries can happen whenever, they could happen on the first play of the playoffs.

NO!

Rest the players that need it. Eli Apple, Marcus Williams, Kiko, Kamara(limit him) and Peat. We need all hands on deck for playoff run.
