So I just found the suit and read it. As someone who leads a human resources dept. I just cringe at every misstep that dept. took in handling this matter. This sheet, if true, is the reason why HR departments get bad reps with employees. There's just no way they should have allowed any of that sheet to proceed once they got wind of it. I would have heads rolling if those were my employees. Hell, I investigated my own CEO in coordination with our board and legal counsel when a complaint came in, and I once told another member of the c-suite and ex (who also works there) that if they decided to get back together after a bad, public breakup, they needed to decide who was resigning or I would decide for them.

This sheet, if true, is the type of case lawyers drool over and FOX Sports just handed it to them.
