One thing I have noticed over the years is the lineup the Saints start out on offence, is not the same lineup that is shown on the TV broadcast.

So far this year the Saints have started 13 different set of skill players in 13 games the starting 5 on offense has had had 6RB, 4WR and 5TE start a game this year.

RB-Bush 5, Ivory 4, Jones 2 Betts 1, Thomas 1
FB-Evans 5
WR-Colston 10, Henderson 9, Meachem 5, Moore 1
TE-Shockey 9, Thomas 8, Graham 3, Humphrey 1, Streif 1

Looking at the Payton era, the Saints have started at the 5 skill spots
Counting the playoffs
2006: 12 Players 16 different lineups in 18 games
McAllister/Colston/Horn/Conwell/Campbell-3 times
15 other lineups-1 time

2007: 13 Players 14 different lineups in 16 games
Bush/Karney/Colston/Moore/Johnson -2 times
Bush/Colston/Henderson/Johnson/Miller-2 times
12 different lineups- 1 time

2008: 13 Players 14 different lineups in 16 games
Bush/Karney/Moore/Henderson/Campbell -2 times
Bush/Thomas/Colston/Henderson/Shockey -2 times
12 different lineups - 1 time

2009: 13 Players 18 different lineups in 19 games
P.Thomas/Colston/Henderson/Meachem/Shockey -2 times
17 different lineups - 1 time
