I’m hoping teams desperation will make them bite for one of those few QB talents.

Assess the pieces on the roster to build around and there are quite a few. Anyone who doesn't fall in the build around or bridge role, trade if they are healthy. Who cares about the salary implications, it's gonna take a couple years to fix anyway.

Research draft prospects. Every position except QB. Carr is the bridge and Rattler/Haener are young players to evaluate.

We absolutely need a true WR1, a physical X WR. We need size/strength on the interior of both lines. Those three areas should be the 1st 3-5 picks of the draft class.

Hoping this off season we clear house. Loomis, Ireland, DA.

Any other organisation would have sacked DA after the Denver loss. Not sure they how they can possibly not fire him this week.

They almost had me convinced this off season that whatever plan DA and Loomis had would work this year. Now it is just a joke that either one is still in pro football.
