Many were laughing when the Dolphins handed them a 70-burger. We also thought that Grupe was better than Lutz.

Who's laughing now? Broncos were once 1-5. They are now back in the AFC playoff hunt at 6-5.

I don't know what to expect from our Saints. Haven't given up, but not much makes you think that they can turn it around... even that 34-0 win over the Patriots.

Somehow... hoping that we do something like the 1990 Saints who made the last playoff spot with an 8-8 record after a 4-6 start. The MLB postseason proved that once a team is in the postseason, anything can happen: The team with the worst W-L record (in the playoffs) made it to the World Series. Sean Payton knows how to motivate. DA doesn't seem to have that in his DNA... but it ain't over... YET.

Still hoping, but the fat lady is clearing her throat.

No matter how you feel about him leaving, the audacity that some people had saying that this man wasn't a good coach and was carried by Drew.

No QB injuries in 2021, we are in the playoffs easily and probably could win a game..lol

Clearly shows you the influence Sean Payton has on the team he is coaching... He will be sorely missed!! The Saints is losing its identity slowly and makes me depressed.
Its finally crystal clear why Sean Payton left. He wasnt pushed out. Thats just dumb. Also he didnt leave because JW throws picks either. He left becasue he knew we werent winning anything meaningful with the state the Saints are in, contractually, hands being tied, having to allow promising young players to leave etc etc. He knew that it would require a 5 year rebuild, that he may not have survived anyway. So he left for the team that has all of the pieces and money to burn and a bright future contractually. This is why it was tough for him to leave, but he had no choice. (after 2 years into the rebuild fans would be breaking out the pitch forks) Do you really think he couldve survived another three 7-9 season in a row? Or just bite the bullet, and say goodbye to your friends and beloved fan base, and head to the sun setting in Colorado.

The sarcasm isn't lost on me...lol

Makes this season and will make every season that follows more frustrating until he retires. Loomis isn’t fixing this team even if he fires DA. We had a HOF coach and let him get away.

Im ok with the identity replacement- IF WE HAVE A NEW ONE TO PUT IN ITS PLACE.

We are simply hanging on to THAT identity by a thread because the straw that STIRS the drink is no longer here.

We didnt replace- we simply attempted to keep stirring without the straw.

it doesnt work that way. So instead of using a straw, we are now just shaking the glass and @#$@# is going everywhere. Chaos.

They beat two teams with a winning record, one of those teams have lost 5 of their last 7 games. They also got to play Mahomes in the snow when he was severely sick. So, they are beating who they should beat otherwise. There is nothing impressive about their team, but it's quite obvious the difference Sean has made with that team. While Denver is still an average at best team, I would gladly take Sean 100 times over what we have here now haha

Wait until he makes the playoffs. The melt is going to be epic.
I have them just missing out at 9-8, I think the game between them and Houston could be the determining factor. But, with as bad as Denver's offense can be at times, they could easily lose a couple more and be completely out of it. Not to mention their inconsistent and often times bad defense.

A 5 game winning streak is nothing to overlook. The whole team looks better, especially Russ. This is his first year and when all know what he can do with a pro-bowl caliber QB. He's just pouring salt and alcohol into our open wound called Dennis Allen. Yes, Drew was a critical part of our run but Sean was just as important.

an old ancient proverb, goes something like this, if you're an intelligent man and you look at your neighbors football team, that's stacked with young talent and is already great on your most troublesome side, the defense, complete with a solid vet Qb and a more than capable offense, which only requires your expertise, complete with a credit card with a zero balance, and you compare it to your current team, a team which which requires a ton of money and time to be spent, but with a maxed out credit card making transactions impossible, then its time to smite your neighbor and spoil his goods. --Plato-cretes
