Super Bowl snacks/meals (1 Viewer)

Shredded sharp cheddar
Mayo
white onion (diced)
Jalapenos (diced)
jalapeno juice
A couple splashes of worsteshire sauce.

Combine all and chill. Serve with celery or tortilla chips. :9:

Don't ask for an amount for each, just eyeball it to your taste with the onions and jalapenos. Don't put too much worsteshire sauce, and put enough mayo to bring it together.

im going to try this dude :9: sounds exceptional

im having a final blow out for the superbowl with junk food and alcohol and then im reverting to my former non drinking healthy eating self of earlier in the year :angryrazz:

This thread is premature...do not jinx us with this trolling. :nono:

Check back next week. If we're playing February 7, my guess is most of the recipes will involve whiskey.

Lots and lots of whiskey.

listen guy , many if not most people on here will still have a superbowl day regardless who contests it :idunno:its the crown jewel in the entire season and i intend to enjoy it either way

I am going to do these. We call them ABT's (Atomic Buffalo Turds). I mix in cooked sausage and some seasoning with my cream cheese and I cook mine on the grill

I will also be doing at least one 8 pound butt for pulled pork and I will probably end up doing 2. If we have the party at my house I plan on doing build your own home made brick oven pizza as well

My brother and I are making chicken, steak and shrimp kabobs again... They've been our game day meal for all of the post season games so we're going to stick with them. We call them Victory Kabobs :hihi:

:9:

I have it saved.

This isn't difficult and is simple to make.lets face the facts most of american enjoys buffalo wings and this is the closest thing without deep frying a big batch for you new years eve party.

Ingredients.

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. bottle of hot sauce (Franks would be best)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (5 /6 pieces)
1 pkg.shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 bottle chunky blue cheese (Marie's)

Preheat the oven to 350.
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish. Mix the hot sauce with the cooked.shredded chicken and place on top of the cream cheese. Pour the blue cheese over the mixture. Top with monterrey jack cheese.

Top with foil and bake until cheese is melted & bubbly.

Serve with some thick crackers because this is some stick to you ribs type of dip.

This is a no miss dip for anybody that enjoys chicken wings..remember to shred the chicken well.

Sweet, I'm gonna have to do that. Thanks.

Actually, the last time I made them was when I was back home (your way) this summer. My parents still live in Morgan City, and brother just moved back down to Thibodaux.
