We ended up woofing down eight rolls (plus apps and dranks) and I've pretty much never been to another sushi place since

Yeah, sushi and finicky should always be practiced.
I like it but I don't think I've ever had really good sushi.

I've had a couple where it's ok as like a binding agent, but I just don't like the texture more than anything.

I can smear cream cheese on sheet at home.
