He was assistant OL Coach. It's likely going to be something like Assistant OL Coach and Run Game Coordinator or Senior Offensive Assistant and Run Game Coordinator. I think those would count as promotions. Or Sirianni decided not to block guys because he didn't want to get a rep as a guy who blocks his coaches from making moves they want to make.

I wonder if the eagles are letting him go if the saints will promise not to go after some other coach, like Parker

Not really CGJ was traded and it takes two to make a deal. Baun for some weird reason was not going to get playing time so he left for a one year deal so neither was stolen in any way and Loomis agreed to the terms of the Johnson trade.

I will say yeah it feels like we got ripped off because those guys are good players and they just won a SuperBowl with the Eagles.

Honestly I was happy that Johnson got traded because he truly was acting out throwing a temper tantrum because he wasn't paid like a top tier corner or safety.

A Baun reunion would be incredible, but something tells me he’s going to want to stay in Philly (as he should).

Would ABSOLUTELY love to get Baun back here. Never say Never. Zach built some bonds here with the players, and now he has a bond with the coach..He is young, anything is possible.

Pulling guys from Super Bowl winning eagles is gonna pan out better than our approach to pulling guys from the Raiders. Hard not to get excited about these moves now we are starting to see how well liked CKM is that guys want to go with him.

Isn't Maddox a Slot guy? I'm hoping that they either bring Adebo back or another outside corner and move Taylor back to the Slot. He seemed to be really about to break out as an elite Slot when he got moved outside and he struggled moving back outside. Maybe he can adjust back to the outside, but he seems like a perfect fit in the Slot.

Yeah he was the starting slot corner for the first 4 weeks then lost his job to Cooper Dejean after their week 5 bye. He played a bit of safety in the past, he's a versatile guy.
