Just based on talent I would really like to see this guy selected by us in the mid rounds. It all depends on his character development since he was dismissed at USCe though.

So basically if the staff feels he has matured enough I would be ecstatic to have him and if they do not I will be fine if we pass on him.

I'm excited about ellis but he reminds me of the DT from maryland last year Travis Ivey

who was a similar athlete and exactly the same height and weight. we were interested in a tall kid from georgia too named kade weston. It wouldn't surprise me if he went undrafted.

I'm most excited to see Chad Spann (c-span) and keith payne.

Chad spann may be a smaller guy but he is a very complete back. I'd love to pick this guy up late.

sooo very beastly (49 TDs)...Payne might be able to play both fb and running back.

would've been nice if we had added a big mid-round ot like bruce cambell or ramon harewood last year. That way it would be less likely that we'd draft another one this year. It's coming and everyone can feel it. you almost know it will.

I keep having a feeling that we are drafting OT Derek Sherrod. Then I am going to be ****** for a few days that we didn't go Defense. In two years (after next season) when Stinch contract is up and the starting OTs are Charlie Brown and Sherrod ( or OTackle X) ; I will then be able to appreciate the pick.

Time will tell if brown was a better selection than Cambell and Harewood would have been later. Boy, i sure hope he is. I almost broke my radio when we made that pick.

Yeah it sucks.. I hope they'll get some tape out asap, i heard they were to show it on cbs college sports so hopefully someone got it..

Got some nice projects there I'm quite fond of, Spann of course and a couple secondary guys. Got some speed out there on the field today..

from what i can gather Spann had a 30 yard catch in traffic

Potts escaped pressure near midfield and dumped a pass off to Northern Illinois’ Chad Spann, who caught it in traffic, put a hand down to keep his balance and then raced about 30 yards to the Team Nation eight.

and the receiver that i mentioned from tennessee, Denarius moore, also scored a TD. moore is a major sleeper in this draft.

I expect that there will be better recaps of the game come monday. The final score was 13-7.
