When is the last time we executed a screen that well and that successfully? Hell, when's the last time we threw a screen to AK at all?

Maybe I'm just having memory block, but it seems like it must have been in the Dalton era. Or before.

I'm kind of suspicious, I think Ronald Curry was calling some of the plays against the Giants.

He was good, but it was the formation, the cadence, the line off the ball, Drew’s intricacies, plays before out of similar formations to set it up, a screen is a deceitful play that takes all 11, and even previous plays/formations to make the deception work.

Love Pierre, but the “screen” success is in Sean Payton’s brain.

Didn’t hurt that we had absolute maulers up front during that time period. Greatest o line in Saints history by a mile.

But back to the topic. I think the more involved Kamara is the better. He is a chess piece that for whatever reason, we haven’t figured out how to use yet. He doesn’t even need the ball every time, but just the threat of him as a runner and receiver makes it so much easier on everyone else. We have him healthy in December. It’s time to get his touches and snaps up a little.
