The Buffalo Bills have to be the most cursed franchise in sports. Not even just American football. (10 Viewers)

I feel a kindred spirit with them which is why this most recent loss has my gums hurting. I feel for them. I really do. It sucks. I used to think at least they had some great years with Thurman "Thurmal" Thomas, Jim Kelley, Andre Reed, Bruce Smith, Cornelius Bennett and all but losing four straight Super Bowls is awful. It's awful.

I thought after recently watching Marshawn Lynch giving an interview where he walked into a bar and ordered a drink and locals basically told him that he didn't belong their, that I would wish for their continued curse but for some reason, Mahommes annoys me to no end and I wanted the Bills to put an end to the petulant whiny golden child's run. But alas, the gods of football also hate SaintsFanInLA and enjoy torturing him incessantly. So, that means it will be a 49ers/Chiefs SuperBowl where either of those butt crevasses winning will cause me more pain. SMH.
Why does Patrick Mahomes bother you?
Honestly asking bc I love watching that dude play. He’s an amazing player

I didn't know that story about Lynch. That was funked up.

I think it’s just the one-and-done tight-rope of playoff football. The other major sports (NBA, MLB, NHL) have series so you can afford to have a bad game because you’ll have other opportunities to make it up.

Last year I thought maybe they should think about a new head coach.... seemed like a lot of talent on the team and the management of the talent was blowing it

This is the difference a championship does in the image of a franchise.
Even if they pulled just one out of that 90s run, this would not have hurt as much.

But I’d say the Browns are more cursed. In addition to bad football, the people of Cleveland have to see their old franchise have nothing but success and possible third Super Bowl.

I figure we were cursed more. 4 playoff appearance without a win during Mora. One playoff win. Years of playoff drought. One Super bowl year with multiple years of bad luck plays during Brees era. But other teams may feel the same way.
If you ask Bills fans if they would take everything from that Saints run from 06-21 including the bad, they would take it in a heartbeat because it includes a Super Bowl.
Once XLIV happened, you can’t put the Saints in the cursed category.

More generally, Buffalo is cursed sports city.

Sabres have sucked something fierce for most of their existence. When they did get good and had Hasek in net, possibly the best goalie of his generation next to Brodeur, they lost in the Finals in like Quadruple overtime on one the more controversial non-calls in NHL history. "No goal" stings just as much as "Wide right" to Buffalo locals.

I guess its merciful the city does not have a baseball or basketball team.

Minnesota Vikings.

0 SB's won.
4 SB's lost.
6 NFCCG's lost.
13 Div's lost.
Maybe but F the Vikes. They've have our number in the playoffs. Cept that one time.

At least they have the 2016 Cavs.
