- Keep their heads down
- Work hard
- Focus on the opponent in front of them only
- Execute and eliminate mistakes

Ravens will be a brutal game to contain Mike Vick with an arm. Idk how our defense will do. Historically we suck against qbs that run and throw. Hurts isnt an outlier.....plus Vick gave us fits and so did Young.

Yeah this team has trouble playing QB contain, and what we struggle with is our defense overcommits to the RB usually on QB reads. I personally dont like this match up as well

The Ravens are definitely going to be looking for Davenport and Turner to be over-aggressive and lose containment.

the defense has to be aggressive but not undisciplined.

I saw a friend get his spleen ruptured playing lacrosse. He stepped in the path of a shot at goal and took a lacrosse ball at ~100mph.

It was In practice, and his brother was the guy who cranked the shot.

Shattered a couple ribs and he dropped like a rock.

I'm just gonna enjoy this week. The Saints historically lay eggs in games we need them to win. And needing other teams to step up is just a recipe for disappointment as seemingly invariably, weird officiating calls and bad bounces of the ball happen.

Can we beat the Ravens? Yes. But mobile QBs give this defense FITS. it's literally like they don't know how to play football anymore.

1st down, stop the run or give up 8 yards.
2nd down, sack or successful pass defense.
3rd down, blown assignment, missed tackle or defensive penalty resulting in a first down. Escorted down field for a touchdown.
Leather, rinse, repeat.

Well, Carolina beat Atlanta, which is what we needed. We play a bad steelers team where I have high hopes we can win. Tampa plays Seattle which they could lose. Our division is still in Flux and it's still anyone's chance at this point. Whether or not our division is an embarrassment, if we can make the playoffs and just get healthy or lucky, maybe things with this team will get better. I know I'm optimistic, but I don't care. We are still in the hunt.

Whats funnier is that Carolina is one stupid penalty (shouldn't have been called BTW) away from being 4-0 in the division....but is in last place.
