It's that time again.. All you mock draft fanatics line up for your shot at knocking off the current champ - me.

The 6th Annual Mock Draft Guru Contest is underway. Previous Mock Draft Gurus:

A $15 contribution to SR.com (in the name of the Mock Draft Guru Contest) is required for entry. A $20 contribution or subscription to SR.com for the Annual Pledge Drive will also give you an entry. Once your contribution to SR.com (as the entry fee) has been confirmed, you may post your mock draft entry. Entries will only be accepted on this thread. I will be confirming entry fees with Andrus. When you make the contribution, be sure to specify it's for the Mock Draft Guru Contest.

Official Rules

The contest will be for the first round all 32 picks (31 this year because of NE's forfeiture).

1. One entry per member.

2. A $20 contribution or a subscription to SR.com in the Annual Pledge Drive will garner an entry. A $15 contribution to SR.com in the name of the Mock Draft Guru Contest [tm] will garner an entry as well.

3. All entries due on this thread no later than 11:59 P.M. (Central) the night before the draft, April 25.

4. Once an entry is posted it cannot be edited.

5. Contestants will be awarded 1 point for any player they have going correctly in the first round.

6. Contestants will be awarded 5 points for any player going to the correct team.

7. Bonus of 5 points if you pick the Saints pick correctly.

8. Bonus of 3 points if you correctly predict a trade.

9. Bonus of 5 points if you correctly predict the first 5 picks.

10. Bonus of 10 points if you correctly predict the first 10 picks.


Tie Breakers:

1. Saints pick correct

2. Most five point players

3. Most combined 1 point and 5 point players.

4. Most players correct in order to start round

You post it here in this thread after you've paid the entry fee.. Most people try to wait as late as possible, but it must be in before 12 AM Saturday morning..

LOL !!! I'll sign the back of one of my little league cards and send it to you.

I've done decent the past few years, but even this year I have 0 confidence...I did my preliminary mock today and it's a tricky one to predict.
