The stats on Jarvis Landry (2 Viewers)

Some very nice thoughts on Landry and arguments for both sides or very understandable....

The only reason I see Landry not coming to New Orleans is he wants the BIG $$$$ contract... Also some have said he would help our return game, with a contract like he will demand to come here, dont think its a good idea to have him in the return game....

Doesn't Antonio brown return punts?

I've watched plenty of him.

In college yes, he was very good downfield. In the NFL he struggles. The corners are bigger and faster and the defenses are much more complex.

He's a very good slot receiver who has been playing outside too much in Miami.

Like I've said numerous times. He's a really good football player, he's just not a guy that should get $10 million plus a season. He's just not from every single measurable and statistic available.

I totally agree with this, I loved Landry and wanted us to draft him...but he is not worth 10 mill a season to us. There aren't enough balls to go around for him here.

With all the kicking the can down the road we have done during the Brees ERA its time to give the man another real weapon. I don't care if it is a WR or a TE we need a 3rd down option. IT IS TIME TO WIN NOW! Spending the Money to put Jarvis on this team is scary for any defense. What I know about Landry is the guy was a catching machine for the dolphins and would be a huge weapon for Drew and CSP.

I know it is a money issue but if we can pull this off, it is an offense that will be playing in the big game in February. Plus, Thomas and Landry had some time together at the pro bowl that seemed like it could be possible to have a good relationship. I know I am a fanboy but seriously guys Jarvis is a huge upgrade over snead and Colemon.
