There wolves in the city! Minnesota Timberwolves(17-4) @ New Orleans Pelicans (12-11) (1 Viewer)

Only worrying thing is Zion hurt his ankle. He kept playing tonight because the game was basically over, but I do NOT want to hear tomorrow "Zion will be re-evaluated in 2 weeks."

Or Zion talking in the 3rd person saying he can't play until he feels like 100% Zion again. He looked bothered/annoyed by something when Jen was interviewing him post-game. Terse responses to her questions.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen fans of opposing teams compliment our broadcasters after catching a Pelicans broadcast. It happens quite often on other forums. They are clearly doing something right.
They do a really good job of complimenting other teams while still praising the Pels.

Very. I wondered if he was bothered by reading all the "Zion is fat" copy this week.

Well that part doesn't surprise me. The wild rabid dogs we call modern media tore him to pieces these last few days.

Probably, but I hope he sees it more as motivation than pure insults. The comments mostly stem from disappointment. People genuinely want him to succeed, but he's got to make the effort to do so.

Yeah, they’re honest while still being fans. They hit a great balance.

And they’re super knowledgeable and prepared.

Not being a full basketball aficionado, AD helps break down the "why" so well. Especially on offense.

And his game experiences help.

Plus I love the little notes like "Tragic Johnson" (used to describe big men dribbling the cour then try a no look or behind back pass )

Lol

The Tragic Johnson bit was great.

Yeah, ultimately he's cheating HIMSELF out of being able to be the player everyone says he could be.
