This thread encompases everything I have ever thought. When me and my girl agrue, she is rolling her eyes, using a sarcastic voice and just raising her voice all the time.

Re. #4): Not to be picky, but if you're a movie snob-- then you should recognize that "When Harry Met Sally..." is a cinematic classic. If you were just using that as a (poor) example, then you are forgiven.

It's not even in the same ballpark. Not in the same league. In fact, it's not even the same sport.

Oh and OnePeat. Nice list. I actually pull off all of those in my realtionship except #7 and since she gives me my space, she doesn't snoop to look for it and with #1 I don't much care about #7 anyway. Oh, and she wouldn't make me watch When Harry Met Sally or Sleepless in Seattle.

OK, I was going to start a poll about this: "When Harry Met Sally..."- Really Good Film or Chick Flick (or both), but I'm gonna spare ya'll... Seriously, if you look at RomComs as a genre, "When Harry Met Sally..." is at the top of the list, IMO. In fact, the only other film I can think of that comes close is "Jerry Maguire", which some have described as a romantic comedy disguised as a sports movie... Is there anyone else out there man enough to admit that WHMS is a really good film-- if not a classic like I think it is?? Anyone???

I guess this should go as 1a) but... hummers. For any occasion (birthday, anniversary, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Labor Day, Friday) all a woman has to give as a gift is a hummer and I guarantee you not a single man would complain about the gift he received.
