Things you’d like to see the Saints do against the Bucs (2 Viewers)

My ideal game would be back and forth close game through the first three quarters, then a pick-6 and a couple of back-breaking long runs and passes to break it wide open in the fourth, to where the crowd is dancing and partying in the stands by the two-minute warning.

My first vote would be for having an injury-free win.

My second vote would be to make Tom Brady revisit retirement.

I'd like to see Justin Evans ball out in the slot again, this time against his former team. More specifically, I'd like to see some Evans on Evans crime.

I would love to see Hurst do a better job of pass protection, three out of the four sacks on Winston last week came from the left side. We can’t have that and expect to have a healthy quarterback for very long

I'd like to see us come out with an aggressive offense, like the one we ended the falcons game with so we can get 2 or 3 tds ahead. This will force them into their passing game early. With their injured WRs and depleted OLine, we can put pressure on little Tommy Boy and take LF out of the game.

First the obvious :
1) Win

2) Come outta the game healthy

3) Take care of the ball, takeaways, limit penalties, etc,… the usual stuff

But last week, I thought we got the crap kicked outta us, on BOTH sides of the ball, in the trenches! 🤬

And it starts with winning on 1st down plays.

On O, we couldn’t do squat against the ATL D on 1st downs, which immediately put us in a hole. The TB defense did the same thing against the DAL offense.

On D, we consistently gave up 4-6 yds on 1st downs which gave ATL favorable down n distance the next 2 plays. Patterson was killin us here! The Dallas D struggled the same way, cause like Patterson, Fournette had lotsa success running on 1st downs against them!

Fortunately, we did win last week, but IMO, we gotta do a MUCH better job in the trenches this week if we wanna beat TB!

😖😖😖😖😖

Hope Louie is wrong but

again in week 2 and it will continue for the whole season

PC/DA wont know how to fix the offensive line breakdowns

Will these 2 learn from the 4th quarter?

Louie doubts it
