This is The Most Awesome Thing I Have Ever Seen (1 Viewer)

if you had a youth incarceration question, you would know who to ask
if you had a porno on tugboats question, you'd know who to ask
i'm really not sure why y'all are trying to handle this by yourselves

here's my guess"
the woman at the lectern is an awarded or retiring professor at whatever university this is
she decides to rattle some cages and present her 'research' at this occasion instead of just talking or powerpointing about it

from her performance i will guess she's a scholar or former student of either Yvonne Rainer or Trisha Brown (Trisha Brown recently passed away so that might be part of it)
Yvonne Rainer was a member of 'Judson Church' (named bc they formed, rehearsed and performed at Judson Church in Greenwich Village right by Wash Sq Park - this is the 1960s
Judson was all about rejecting the elitist technique or ballet and 'High Modern' Dance for a more democratic 'everyone can dance' approach
Yvonne Rainer had a piece "Trio A" derived from pedestrian movements

Trisha Brown (1970s) - who the professor most seems to be emulating - is influenced by this idea of a more democratic style, but wants bring some athleticism but also mental processing back into play
in "Accumulation" she takes very simple gestures and develops them into a incredibly complicated sequence

those gestures bc more 'dancerly' in a piece like 'Water Motor'

and then you can see this becoming a style and a full fledged ensemble piece in Set Reset

so while Trisha is more 'dancerly' than Yvonne, it still has the "art for art's sake' air of 'just shapes moving in space

in the 80s, choreographers like Anna Teresa deKeersmaeker, take this style and put more energy and emotion into it - Snoopy's crush - the probable 19 year throwing herself around the podium, is clearly influenced by this direction of Modern Dance

any questions?

Impressive.

You just may be the man to find her.

Your reward will be a promise to agree with all your posts for a solid month.

This version's clearer. Now use your mastery of Dutch (or Flemish) to solve the mystery.

Rhythmic thumping sounds lead me to agree with GMR; this is a routine, not a possession.

BTW, if this is the most awesome thing you've ever seen, you need to see more things.

Yes, he's clearly never seen the "bootleg fireworks" video on youtube (with subtitles for added hilarity). It's NSFW because of language.

Despite your insult, thank you for finding this.

I wasted valuable company hours yesterday searching Youtube for something about her.
