It looks Kellen Moore will be the next HC of our Saints. He'll have to assemble his staff. We don't know exactly what he prefers as he changes with experience and different personnel. We do know that Doug Nussmeier has been his QB coach since Dallas where it looks like Moore may have hired Nussmeier into the job. It's already been thrown around in a few threads that Nussmeier would probably be his OC. He has background as a college OC at many stops, TE coach in the NFL and QB coach for Moore for 3 different teams. It's safe to say these guys work well together. We don't know what type of blocking schemes he likes, but we do know that he has benefitted significantly from the Eagles O-line so that may be an indication. We don't know what time of defense he would want his team to run. He has experience with Cowboys, Chargers and Eagles so it might be one those. However, he's an OC and he might look at one that has shut his offense down before or one where he had the most trouble to game plan against. He's benefitted this year from a defense with a great defensive line.

This could be a fun thought exercise to fill out the rest of his coaching staff. Things to remember pretty much every defensive positional coach across the NFL would be open to a promotion to DC so that's a lot of potential candidates. I've listed a few of the main positions below and can add other as people post them. What are y'alls thoughts?

Head Coach: Kellen Moore (Speculated)

Offensive Coodinator: Doug Nussmeier (Speculated)
Passing Game Coordinator:
Running Game Coordinator:
Running Back Coach:
Wide Receiver Coach:
Tight Ends Coach:
Offensive Line Coach:

Defensive Coordinator:
Defensive Line Coach:
Linebacker Coach:
Defensie Back Coach:

Special Teams Coordinator:

For DC I would believe he will look towards an experienced guy with HC experience to help him along. I’m not going to pretend I know who all is available, but that’s my bet.

Just making wild guesses based off people he would know, and adding a 3-4 DC since many posters here seem to want a switch.

OC: Doug Nussmeier
QB Coach/Passing Game Coordinator: Ben McAdoo (senior offensive assistant for Patriots, worked with Rodgers and Eli Manning)
TE Coach/Running Game Coordinator: TJ Paganetti (Eagles run game specialist and assistant TE/OL coach)
OL Coach: John Benton (pay the man)
RB Coach: Derrick Foster (good production from RB group in 2024, retain him)
WR Coach: Kyle Valero (offensive assistant for Eagles, with Cowboys as QC coach that worked with WR's during Moore's tenure)

DC: Derrick Ansley (former Chargers DC, current defensive pass game coordinator for Packers)
DL Coach: Brian Young (players love him, a former player who can coach up technique)
LB Coach: Mike Hiestand (defensive assistant for Chargers, worked for Fangio)
DB Coach: Kris Richard (former Saints/Chargers DB coach, probably former Jaguars DB coach with Coen hire)

ST Coordinator: John Fassel (former Cowboys ST coordinator)

I would probably keep Keith Williams as WR coach, but it seemed unrealistic to keep most of the offensive staff since Kubiak will be reaching out to those guys.

@Rouxble 's list is pretty solid. The Titans snapped up John Fassel as their ST coach, though ... Moore would have to look elsewhere.

If incumbent OL coach John Benton couldn't be kept for some reason, former Dallas OL coach Marc Colombo could be a good fallback. Colombo is only 46 years old, but hasn't coached since the 2020 season ... would have to see if he wants back in.

If DL coach Brian Young had to move on, former Dallas DL coach Leon Lett would be a solid consideration.

As for the other coaching positions ... there are always names out there. But I don't see guys out there conclusively better than those Rouxble listed.
