when did yall call about adding a single or two???

recently??

i got the call like 2 months ago.. not long after the first invoice was paid. they want 50% when they call you.. talk about unexpected in the middle of a week.. i was eatin ramen noodles for 4 days because of that, but thats just the sacrifice i was willing to make!

shoot, 2 months ago... This is the 2nd time as a ticket holder that I requested extra tickets and haven't been called about them. The other time was 2-3 years ago, I had to call myself after reading on here that other people were getting calls. I ended up getting 2 singles then...I'll try tomorrow, maybe they will have a single at a reasonable price.

on another note, I have been rather disappointed with the Saints ticket office's customer service. Even compared to the Hornets, whom I've had season tickets with also. Their rep calls so much it aggravates me, but I still respect the gesture. And when my old rep left for a new job, the new rep got in touch with me immediately and called until i answered my phone.


I never hear from my Saints rep. In fact, I dont even know the name of my Saints rep. When my old one left, I got no call from the new one. I used to email my old one and he responded quickly with any concern or question i had. Well i sent him email after email at one point with no response, and had to call the office and ask for him only to be told that he doesnt work there anymore.

I know its petty, and im just venting. But it seems like they take ticket holders for granted because they basically know people are going to renew no matter what. I still think they should go the extra mile. It would go a long ways.

I didnt even request any more tickets, they called me because it became available and is right next to the rest of mine, that's probably the practice dome-wide, they offer to whoever is close to it first, then offer it to other season ticket holders.
 
I understand your concerns but also understand there are more than 18,000 of us that own season tickets...the ticket office has about 10 employees, I'm close with my rep but he's been my rep for 4 years...it's virtually impossible, other than email, to keep in personal contact with all STH's...the Hornets have a small fraction of what the Saints have.
