Candyman died? Looking back, he had some small roles I didn't know about. Platoon, 84 Charing Cross Road, Bird. I kinda remember him most in the 1990 Night of the Living Dead remake.

This is such a bummer. He had to cancel his appearance at Geek'd con this past August (I believe it was for health reasons), but had rescheduled for the next one. Was very excited to meet him, but just like Kevin Conroy, that's not gonna get to happen now.
