Trouble in league office? (1 Viewer)

Don’t be so sure. California as a general rule isn’t one to blow off things like this. Also California doesn’t care about kissing up tot he NFL-see Chargers, Raiders for example
Not to get too off topic, but in the history of this country, the government has only broken up one company, Standard Oil. And that was only because they were a monopoly.

Goodell has a net worth north of $200m, and has been compensated $125m in just the last 2 years.
In his latest negotiations with owners he is asking for a private jet for life.
Dude is ultra wealthy, and if released from the NFL, he will never feel an ounce of pain.
He’s a real spoiled piece of work.

Wonder if this has anything to do with Goodell recently saying his contract has not been renewed, and this could be his final season as commish.
God I hope so. But all we can do now is hope that’s the case. Now the next question is who will replace him? I wouldn’t be surprised to see someone like Candi Rice. She’s on the college playoff selection committee and she’s a pretty good businesswoman. I just think as politically correct as the NFL has become an African American female who knows something about football would check a lot of boxes for them. I think she would be a great choice and so much better than Goodall.

She’s already part owner of the Broncos.

That’s fine. Get him out before they make him a billionaire.
