Not trying to nitpick, but would these be the absolute BPA when these selections happen?

Swinson is a late developer but is thin. He reminds me Arden Key.

Do we believe that Carr can play 17 games next year without getting injured? For this reason, I think we have to go QB in round 1. Unless we win a bunch of games causing us to lose out on the best Qb, then id be OK w/ McMillian. We def need a durable stud WR1.

I'm in the camp that with a decent oline and good WR's Rattler is an NFL starting QB. When the dude got the shot he was running for his life and had no one. I build the core this year, and if we suck next year, then go QB.

7th is about right for the first round. I see a hustling, but flawed, team finishing the year with maybe 2 or 3 more wins. There will be some quality players available in rounds one thru three that hopefully will give us some starters in '25.

I still believe in Rattler too. Like Jayden Daniels he's got an unflappable demeanor. (Drew also was unflappable) This trait, IMO, ranks right under "can he make all of the throws" and right above the measurables (height/weight/40/etc) My only concern w/ Rattler is that he doesn't have elite escape-ability. You can say neither did Drew Brees, but id say, being mobile isnt part of Drews game where it is a part of Rattlers. But yea, in a perfect situation, Rattler fixes his mobility issues and adjusts to the speed of the NFL and becomes Qb1. However, after all of the pro days and the combine is done, and if there is a true generational talent QB is sitting there, you have to take him.
