Tune in to WWL870 radio right now. Hebert is interviewing DA and hammering him. (1 Viewer)

I think partly because when asked about all of the Lions fans in the bottom section of the Dome, he said it was because the fans needed the money. Also that booing hurts the team.

I didn’t take it that personal when he said it but some seemed to.
Oh, I did. Seems like an insult to me.

Guys, Jimmy Graham didn't even play football last year, in 2021 he had 14 catches on 23 targets for 167 the entire season.

There was absolutely no reason he should have come in and been the starter day 1.

He's really only been given these few opportunities because JJ has regressed and Foster has been battling injuries.

Now I'm glad Jimmy has produced, and I know he's a fan favorite and will be getting more reps, but let's not act like not immediately starting a 37 year old tight end who didn't even play last year was some boneheaded move.
i agree with that, and i also will add that he had that freak out moment. But it doesnt take a genius to figure out that you have to play the "what if" game with him considering he is in his last year forever. What if Jimmy starts balling out when we finally give him snaps and its too late already and we feel a ton of regret by not using him earlier in the season. Jimmy isnt the typical super old vet trying to get one more taste of glory. Hes a legit freaking weapon in an AREA OF NEED. Need I remind of our redzone td %?

Well the more away fans the less boos they will hear

I think I may have been one of the very few that were disappointed that he made the roster.....indicative of a very weak TE room.....
