Ty Montgomery (1 Viewer)

Dont know much about how recovered Montgomery is from his injury or his grasp on the offense. But i much rather see him targeted than Juwan Johnson, he just doesnt have it.
I really hate to be negative towards any of our players, but Juwan Johnson, Brandon Coleman, LJH, Kirshan Hogan...they all fit into the same boat. They are blockers and useless in the passing game. Whenever you see us sign a guy like this as an UDFA, expect the same thing from them.

Where is Ty Montgomery? Considering how thin we are at WR, I thought we would have seen him by now.
If Montgomery has not had an impact on this offense by now, it won't be anytime soon.

Exactly.

Ty Montgomery is a complete nobody, we need to stop wondering about him.

Agree except for ljh. Lil Jordan has potential to be a solid reciever with another year or two of experience. Hes just not there yet, but he has the speed and hands to contribute.

Juwan, I see nothing impressive from him.

I thought Montgomery had season ending shoulder surgery a few weeks ago.

I could be wrong about that but it seems like I remember reading that somewhere.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a better option than Juwan Johnson at WR. Neither are ideal, but Humphrey has more time in the offense, and he has better hands than Johnson. Johnson has great size, but that’s it... A big knock on him coming out was his inconsistent hands and a poor ability to create separation.
Honestly... I think Austin Carr is a better option at WR than Johnson.

Assuming TQS is OUT for the Vikings game, then the Saints really need to work Taysom Hill as much as possible at WR during the short week of practice...

Then go with Emmanuel Sanders, LJH, and Taysom Hill as the top 3 WRs.

Im double crossing my fingers and toes that we get an early Xmas gift and Callaway is activated tomorrow... that would be HUGE.
