Payton is not allowed to have ANY contact with any person IN THE ENTIRE NFL. If the person is employed by a team in the league, Payton is forbidden to have any contact with him or her without permission from King Roger.

Ok so here's a hypothetical, what if Sean Payton just so happened to have the same cleaning lady as Joe Vitt and she accidentally overhead Sean Payton mumbling about the team, and then spit it out when she was cleaning Vitt's home.
