Ok guys, let's start gameplanning on how to get a two-loss, non-conference champion USC into the national championship game over an undefeated Texas and undefeated SEC team.

Ok, I think I have it! The towel boy had the swine flu, so he was unable to participate in his duties. The players had to use dirty towels and thus through off their game. This is a national pandemic, so USC shouldn't be blamed for this loss, but actually they should be celebrated for overcoming such adversity to merely compete at all. This is true championship grit here and they should get in on that fact alone. All hail the mighty USC.

So who should get the shaft? Texas or the SEC? Screw it, why even play a national championship game at all? Our towel boy might get sick again. Let's just screw them both and cancel the national championship game completely and make our own rings and declare ourselves national champions. Woo! Someone call our travel agent, we have to book a trip to Washington to meet Obama. He's all about redistribution of wealth anyways, he knows we deserve it more than anyone else. Sure the pay Czar might limit Pete Carrol's salary for a year or so, but he'd rather have the national championships anyways. Let's go Trojans!

It's fitting that USC's mascot is a trojan, cause they love to screw everybody.

As do I. They're the most overhyped team in college football year in and year out (Ohio State used to hold that honor, but they outright suck now), and their ability is always grossly overstated. Can the recruit? Without question. Do they have depth? Much of it. Are they nearly as dominant and well coached as the media would have you believe? Not on your life.

I REALLY hope this is the start of the rest of the Pac-10 catching up to them. I think both Oregon and Washington will be dangerous opponents in the next few years, and ASU can be a wildcard. The days of them having wins spoonfed to them ending are long overdue.
