Was listening to WWL earlier while out driving, Newel Normal show. He had a guest on that said because New Orleans Mardigras(Upgraded to a SEAR 1 security event due to the terrorist attack) and the Superbowl is already a natural SEAR 1 security event that there was more than likely gonna be parade route alterations this year.
