I am relieved that he is not going to the Saints, if he had gone to the Falcons he would have failed because they are badly run.

If we couldn’t get Watson, I would have been fine with him going to ATL. Don’t think they would have been successful with a bad roster and no first round pick for many years.

So with the whole contract guaranteed, does he get paid even if he get suspended?

I read that his guarantee's are void if Watson gets suspended by the NFL but the Browns after giving up that much draft capital will try to keep him happy.

I told everybody this morning in the other thread that this was going to be the agent’s decision or at least greatly influenced by the agent. Instead of playing for a winning organization or his home town team, his agent got him the money. He will be miserable in Cleveland in a terrible city for a bad organization and competing in a much tougher conference. But he’ll be like Uncle Scrooge sitting in his basement counting his money.
