We have zero talent specifically on offense.

Our recievers including JJ wouldn't even make the roster of most teams.

There is no threat at any point one of our "weapons" will make a play. Teams are well aware of this and just sell out against the run or blitz because NOBODY scares them.

And to all those who wanted us so win these pointless games (looking at you Giants game) we still only have the 10th pick in the draft.

This roster is talentless with the 10th overall pick. YUCK.

It's indeed true that all the offensive talent is injured. But it's also true that most of the talent is oft-injured.

Hill - 34 bruising style- he's likely done.
Olave - Concusiion prone - likely done.
Kamara - Almost 30, but genius Loomis extends a RB with a lot miles, which historically never works once they hit that age.
Carr - Holds the ball forever and has a bad OL. He's not any younger and likely will continue to have injury issues.
Shaheed - The one guy that's young and doesn't have a major injury history.

Who am I missing? There's not a ton of talent to begin with and what they do have is always injury prone.

The Saints have a little talent - Olave would be a nice # two or three WR on most teams. Shaheed is a decent KR, depth receiver. Kamara is still a decent player. Fugua has regressed but might be salvaged with better coaching. Nothing much else on the O.

Bresee could be a Trey Hendrickson type ascending player if he could get away from the Saints. But that’s pretty much it from the D.

The cupboard is very bare. The salary cap is beyond a mess. If I’m a Head Coach prospect I wouldn’t touch the Saints job with a ten foot pole.

This is entirely on Mickey Loomis and shame on Mrs. Benson if she retains him…..

This is one of the least talented teams in the league even when everyone is healthy.

We have zero game-changers on either side of the ball. The closest is Kamara, and he's much more workmanlike than game-changing at this point in his career.

JJ accounts for 6.5M in dead cap next year. Loomis will resign him to can kick the cap hit so we can watch him drop passes next year too. Why did we offer him a 2yr/12M deal?
