Opinion We set the bar here, at playoff wins and Super bowls. What needs to be done? (2 Viewers)

I have faith in the organization because they spend and try to compete. This is an aggressive organization that, before this season, was looked at very positively. The “program” is strong.

Unfortunately, given the way we’ve built this team, there’s really no way out—we can’t “blow it up” and be in a place to compete again in two years. It is imperative that we hit on the draft this year and next. We need a 2006 or 2017-type draft.

We’ve also got to move on from Allen and set ourselves up to move on from Carr as soon as financially possible.

There is a path forward, it’s just a tricky one that requires good execution. There’s no room for error.
The first step is admitting you made the wrong hire. The second step is acknowledging we are not close, so our all-in-cap perspective with Drew is illogical in our current state. Unfortunately, I don't think Lucky Loo will admit either of those.
