Week 14 Betting Thread (1 Viewer)

I had it on but was watching something else on my iPad. Looked like maybe a trick formation? Maybe a TE was covered up but the TE stayed in to block so if he is covered up it’s fine. Just makes him ineligible.
Nope. Just a bad unlucky call. If it was an illegal formation, the flag should’ve been thrown immediately.

It was just a regular formation, they said Williams was covered up. On the replay he clearly wasn’t. Even they ex official that they bring it says “I’m appalled, it’s just a blown call”

Well football needs to make that type of thing reviewable. When the integrity of the game is influenced then something needs to change

Wow this loser TE at Texas A&M

How do you drop that pass? That ends the game. Knew A&M wasn’t built to win a pressure game on the road. Bums

Nothing regular about this formation. The left tackle is an eligible receiver and the tight end is covered by Williams so he is ineligible. Normally if the TE is on the line, then all 3 receivers to this side would be off. But again, nothing wrong with this formation unless there is a rule that the left tackle has to report as eligible or if the TE goes downfield then it’s ineligible player downfield.

Normal regular formation for them that they run routinely. They actually check into this formation. That’s all I meant. It was in response to you saying it looked like maybe a trick play, so I just said it’s normal formation not a trick play. It’s nothing more than trips to the TE side.

commentators and official they bring in said terrible call

However I did see someone on X say with that TE covered that all receivers to the right have to be off.

Again though that’s not what they called. They said Williams was covered up

yeah I didn’t hear the call. If tackles don’t have to announce they are eligible there is nothing wrong with it. Especially since the TE stayed in to block like he knew he was covered up.

Live bet Bama over 10.5 total points, at the end of the third quarter.
Don't necessarily mind Bama getting hammered, but it seems like this would have been a pretty easy hit if they would have ultimately not overturned that TD at the beginning of the 4th.

Ok A&M pass rushers. Get your second wind during this timeout. Pretty please
